The IAG air-oil separator (AOS) is the most effective method of separating oil out of the crankcase gases before they are circulated back into the intake system.  Removing the oil mist is critical for maximum reliability and longevity in motorsport and street performance applications.  Oil in the intake system contributes to carbon build up on the back of the intake valves choking off airflow and reducing performance.  Additionally, oil ingested into the cylinders during the combustion process contributes to engine knock and detonation by effectively reducing the fuel octane level.  And lastly oil deteriorates the rubber hoses in the system contributing to vacuum and oil leaks.

IAG's AOS design features a unique baffle system to create a vortex to separate liquid oil out of the gases onto the walls of the large 1-liter aluminum cannister.   The oil can then drain back into the crankcase while the gases are fed back to the intake system through a high-performance check valve.  The can is heated with engine coolant to eliminate sludge build up.

This system is maintenance free and, by being a sealed system retaining the factory PCV system, requires no special tuning.  Easily installed with SAE Quick Connect hose fittings and pre-cut hose lengths.  Available in red, black, or neon yellow.
