Brake Master Cylinder VA
The brake master cylinder connects to the brake pedal through the power brake booster and provides the hydraulic actuation of the brake system. A failed brake master cylinder may show signs of fluid leaking or allow air into the system via a damaged seal resulting in spongy or soft pedal feel. After replacement the system must be filled with the correct brake fluid and the system fully bled of air.
