Front Oxygen Sensor WRX MY11-14

This sensor measures the oxygen content in the exhaust system pre catalyst. An oxygen sensor (or AF sensor) can establish the air-fuel ratio by measuring the excess oxygen left over from the combustion process. The front air-fuel (AF) sensor is used by the ECU for fuel calculations during closed loop fueling.

A faulty sensor can result in poor engine operation or stalling and may set a CEL.
