1000Nm TORQUE CAPACITY / LIGHTNING-FAST SHIFTS

Complete XShift sequential shift dogbox transmission assembled in-house by RalliSpec's own transmission experts. The R4 PRO features advanced engineering originally pioneered in their +PLUS sequential design at a lower cost and a 1000Nm (737 ft-lbs.) torque rating. The XShift sequential kit includes a lightweight aircraft grade billet aluminum center plate as well as high strength steel gears, shafts, forks, and barrel shift mechanism all REM isotropic superfinished for low friction and increased reliability. Complete transmission is 10.5kg lighter than stock.

Utilizes the original STI transmission cases, front & center differentials, and transfer gears. All cases are restored using a wet-blasting (vapor honing) process and all hardware, bracketry, etc. is replaced or re-plated. Internally the DCCD unit is fully rebuilt, the ring & pinion and transfer gears are REM superfinished. All bearings, oil pump components, and other internal parts are replaced or carefully inspected for condition prior to re-use.

Sold by core exchange. The core charge includes the core return shipping and will be refunded after your original transmission is inspected (see terms here). Returning the core for refund is optional (if you wish to buy the new transmission outright). If you select "No" then we will build your original transmission, and you will be responsible for delivering the transmission to us when we inform you the selected parts are in stock.

The gearbox is supplied with factory final drive ratio, factory transfer gears, factory front LSD, and factory spec center LSD. To upgrade any of these parts please purchase them separately at the same time as the gearbox:
