Dayco HT Performance Timing Belt Kit

Our complete timing belt kit features Dayco's high tenacity timing belt and Japanese-made original equipment tensioner and idler pulleys.  Don't trust your engine timing to low-quality Chinese-sourced timing belt components!

The Dayco high tenacity belt design is a heavy-duty high-performance belt designed to withstand extreme engine temperatures and severe drive pulsations/vibrations.  It utilizes a specialized fiber-reinforced HNBR material for chemical and temperature resistance and a high modulus fiberglass cord for tensile strength and resistance to stretch.  An abrasion resistant internal cloth and Teflon tooth coating minimizes friction, noise, and wear.

For turbocharged DOHC EJ engine applications.  Includes timing belt, tensioner with pulley, 2 x large diameter smooth idlers, and cogged idler.  MY99+ applications include a small diameter smooth idler pulley (double row bearing type) and MY99-02 applications include the small pulley mounting bolt.

Fitment Note: The upper and lower large diameter smooth idler pulleys are both double-row type (with black dust shields) and is used in place of the factory single-row bearing type pulley (with orange dust shields) in the lower position.

For MY1996 to MY1997 applications please select the kit with the tensioner/tensioner pulley design that matches your original parts.  There is considerable overlap in the transition from the earlier to later design tensioner so these model year breaks are only rough guides.
