Tial's MVS external wastegate is their most compact wastegate providing high exhaust flow in a compact footprint. Utilizes a 38mm valve diameter. The actuator housing is machined from aluminum and available in multiple anodizing color options. The exhaust housing and valve are produced from a temperature resistant proprietary stainless alloy while the actuator diaphragm utilizes nomex-reinforced silicone.

Supplied with inlet and outlet V-band flanges and clamps, stainless air and coolant fittings, valve seat and springs. M10 air fittings on both top and bottom sides of the actuator permit a range of wastegate control strategies to be employed.  M8 coolant fittings allow for water cooling of the wastegate in order to extend its life.

Choose your desired spring rate option or select "All Springs" for a kit with all springs included allowing for adjustment and tuning as required. Spring selection is dependent on the desired boost control range of the wastegate. The spring rate establishes the minimum boost levels while maximum boost is dependent on the boost control strategy employed and other factors such as turbo capabilities and exhaust back pressure.
